1. Scope

5. Consent and lawful use

EternalDharm does not control every technical aspect of third-party platforms.

Sanatana Dharma includes diverse texts, sampradayas, lineages, regions, teachers and scholarly interpretations. EternalDharm does not guarantee one final, universally accepted or undisputed explanation. 5. Expert and community interactions

Registration does not guarantee acceptance, immediate response, a particular expert, a particular viewpoint, one-to-one access, a free session or any outcome. EternalDharm may group participants, reschedule, moderate, refuse or discontinue interactions where necessary.

6. Code of conduct

• Communicate respectfully and allow disagreement without personal attack.
• Do not promote hatred, discrimination, threats, harassment, obscenity or unlawful activity.
• Do not insult religious communities, deities, texts, teachers, participants or social groups.
• Do not record, publish or redistribute private discussions without authorization.

7. User questions and submitted content

You retain responsibility for content you submit. You grant EternalDharm a limited permission to review, store, moderate and use your questions or feedback for responding, organizing discussions and improving educational material. Public reuse should remove identifying details unless separate permission is obtained.

8. Intellectual property

Website design, original text, graphics, compilations and programme material may be protected by intellectual-property law. Third-party texts, translations, images, quotations and references remain subject to their respective rights. 14. User responsibility and indemnity

You remain responsible for your conduct, decisions, submissions and legal compliance. Where permitted by law, you agree to protect EternalDharm and its authorized representatives from claims arising from your unlawful content, misuse, infringement, impersonation or breach of these Terms.
